Gold Plus Universal is a pharmaceutical and dental supplies distributor founded in 1998, operating across Singapore, Myanmar, and Brunei. The company has more than 90% market penetration in Singapore, serving over 2,000 general practice clinics, 300 specialist clinics, 1,000 dental clinics, as well as all major medical groups and both private and public hospitals. They are one of the most deeply embedded healthcare distribution networks in the region.
The Challenge
Gold Plus Universal’s sales team managed orders, quotations, clinic verification, and inventory checks through traditional paperwork—a process that worked at a smaller scale but couldn’t keep up with a network covering thousands of clinics and hospitals. Sales representatives needed real-time access to warehouse inventory, batch numbers, and expiry dates while visiting clinics. The order-to-delivery cycle had to be faster, more accurate, and fully traceable. Manual processes were creating bottlenecks that made it harder to maintain the service levels healthcare clients expect.
The Solution
Eleos equipped the entire sales team with iPads running Kassie Business, giving every representative the ability to create quotations, verify clinic cards, access full CRM and order history, and check real-time warehouse inventory—including batch numbers and expiry dates—all from the field. The built-in CRM also supports customer profiles, rewards tracking, and ongoing engagement across the clinic and hospital network.
