Eleos Web Pte Ltd is a Singapore-headquartered retail technology company. We build and deploy the retail management platform used by some of Asia's most recognised brands — from flagship electronics resellers and luxury fashion houses to resort destination F&B and fast-growing franchise networks.
We are not a recent entrant to this market. Eleos has been building retail technology for over 20 years, working through the evolution from basic point of sale to the omnichannel, cloud-native platform that the industry requires today. Every product decision is shaped by what we have seen fail, what we have seen succeed, and what the retailers we serve have told us they actually need.
Our team is distributed across Asia, with offices in Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan, China, and Sri Lanka. This footprint is not incidental — it is the result of following our customers as they expand, and building the local presence that enterprise retail deployments require.

Too many retail technology implementations end with the retailer adapting their workflows to fit the software's limitations. The right technology is designed around how retail actually operates in Asia — and then configured to fit each individual business on top of that foundation.

Enterprise retailers have invested years and significant capital in their existing infrastructure. Our approach is to extend what works, not replace it wholesale. Eleos connects to the ERPs, accounting platforms, and legacy systems that retailers already depend on.

20+ years in retail technology — as a builder, not an observer. A Computer Engineering graduate from NUS, he understands the code beneath the platform as well as the business above it, and has led enterprise retail deployments across Asia.

15+ years in enterprise technology and business leadership across APAC. Oversees product development, enterprise sales, and go-to-market strategy — and leads Eleos's AI transformation across the product suite.
