The Eleos platform, website, and all associated content are the property of Eleos Web Pte Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may affect availability. Enterprise customers are subject to the SLA terms in their service agreement.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Eleos's liability for any claim arising from your use of our services is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
