What is Payments?

Arriv is the integrated payment platform within the Eleos retail suite. It lets merchants accept all major credit and debit card networks, regional e-wallets, and QR payments — through Tap to Pay on a standard NFC-enabled smartphone, a dedicated card terminal, or embedded directly in the Eleos point of sale. Arriv works both as a standalone payment app and as the native payment layer across Retail POS+, Food POS+, KMobile, and Kassie Business, with every payment settled and reconciled in a single view.

Everything you need. Nothing you don't.

A Card Reader in Your Pocket — or a Terminal at the Till

Turn the phone already in your hand into a card reader: customers tap their card, phone, or smartwatch straight onto your NFC-enabled device — no dock, no reader, nothing extra to buy or carry. Prefer a dedicated device? Arriv runs on standalone card terminals too. Put Tap to Pay phones on the floor and terminals at the till — all on one merchant account, one set of figures.

Every Major Card Network

Accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, and more — credit, debit, and contactless. Whatever card a customer reaches for, Arriv takes it, with chip, swipe, and tap all covered.

E-Wallets and QR Payments

Take the payment methods your customers actually use — PayNow, GrabPay, GCash, Touch 'n Go, Maya, and more — in the same checkout as cards. One flow, every local wallet, no QR codes taped to the counter.

Built Into Your Point of Sale

Arriv is the native payment layer across Retail POS+, Food POS+, KMobile, and Kassie Business. Ring up a sale and the payment is already connected — no totals to key in by hand, no mismatch between your POS and your payment provider.

Fast, Transparent Settlement

See exactly what you earned and when it lands. Arriv reconciles every transaction — across phones, terminals, and channels — into one settlement view, so closing the day takes minutes, not a spreadsheet.

One View of Every Payment

Cards, wallets, QR, in-store, and on-the-go transactions land in a single dashboard. Track takings by location, device, channel, and payment method in real time — and feed it straight into the rest of your Eleos reporting.

Built for the businesses that run Asia's retail.

Multi-Outlet Retailers

For chains running dozens of tills across multiple locations, Arriv unifies card, wallet, and QR acceptance under one merchant relationship — with every payment reconciled against the right store automatically.

F&B Operators

Take payment at the table, at the counter, or at the door. Pair Arriv with OctoWaiter and Food POS+ so servers close the bill on the same handheld they took the order on — no walk back to the till.

Mobile Sellers and Pop-Ups

Market vendors, field sales teams, and pop-up stores can accept cards and wallets from day one — using nothing but the phone in their pocket. Pair with KMobile to sell and get paid anywhere.
